By signing up to the Business
Safelist
You signify Your agreement to the following...
- IMPORTANT:
DO NOT use these email addresses as either your list email
address or your contact email address as they frequently bounce and are banned by the
system: z-wallet.com, zfee.com, mailstates.com (all 50 states), prontomail.com,
worldsubmitter.com, brightstar.com, mybrightstar.com, mail2world.com, runbox.com, usa.net,
california.com, email.com, usa.com, excite.com, mail.com, zzn.net, BoxFrog.com,
Brightstarmail.Com, hotmail.com, msn.com, netscape.net.
- I agree not to use any autoresponders for my
list or contact email addresses.
- If you signed up but have not received your
confirmation email, simply Log-in using the SAME User Name you used to sign up with and
you will be provided a link to re-submit the confirmation email. If you still do not
receive the confirmation email you may have to re-signup using a different email address.
Try using a different email with a different domain from the one you tried earlier.
Validation emails are sent every day for 7 days. We recommend using a gmail email account

You will be able to set your List Email Address when you are able to log into the
Safelist.
- I give my express consent and agree to
receive periodic emails from advertising services provided by DamnSmart Mail, DSM, and the
Business Safelist Owner, their agents or employees at my contact email
address as well as my list address. This is the way we avoid passing on price rises to our
List Members and the way free memberships are supported.
- I agree to receive all emails from members of the list at
my list address.
- I agree to receive periodic notices from the Business
Safelist Owner, and/or The Owner of DamnSmart Mail or DSM at my contact address
at the sole discretion of the Business Safelist Owner, and The Owners of
Damnsmartmail.com and DSM.
- I agree not to submit Adult Sites, Offensive or Scam
material to the list. I agree not to use misleading headlines in my advertising nor make
false or unsubstantiated claims in my commercial messages.
- I also understand, agree and accept that any and all
commercial messages that are sent to me by The Business Safelist Owner,
The owner of DamnSmart Mail or DSM, it's agents or employees is not an endorsement by The Business
Safelist Owner, or Owner of DamnSmart Mail or DSM of the advertised product,
service, opportunity or offer unless otherwise stated.
- I further agree that should emails to my contact or list
address email address be undeliverable, bounce or be found to be an autoresponder, The Business
Safelist Owner, and/or The Owners of DamnSmart Mail and DSM have the right to
immediately delete my account without notice and or ban my email address form the DSM
network of lists.
- I agree not to accuse any list members or The Business
Safelist Owner, or The owner of DamnSmart Mail and DSM of sending spam mail. This
is a double opt-in service you voluntarily joined. You can remove yourself from any list
at any time by using the unsubscribe link. We track all signups by IP number and legal
action will be taken against all who cry spam falsely.
- I give my express consent to The Business Safelist
Owner, and in the event of an abandoned list, the owners of DamnSmart Mail and
DSM, their agents or employees on any list hosted or owned by DSM to send me the
commercial emails at my contact as well as at my list email address.
- These commercial messages may include, but are not limited
to, Admin notices, in-house commercial advertising of all kinds and third party
advertising placed by the public customers, subscribers, partners or others and will be
sent at the sole discretion of the Business Safelist Owner, or DamnSmart
Mail or DSM.
- These messages may be in any digital form, including,
notices, updates, special messages, solo ads or other electronic messages. I also
understand and accept that any and all commercial messages that are sent to me by The Business
Safelist Owner, or The Owner of DamnSmart Mail or DSM are not an endorsement by
the parties of the advertised product, service, opportunity or offer unless otherwise
stated.
- Important: Violation of any
of these terms and conditions will result in your account being deleted without refund at
the sole discretion of the owners of DSM and JPE Advertising.
- Additional: You are only
allowed one free membership account. You may, of course, have a second paid account. All
other accounts will be deleted.
- WARNING: No Submitters are permitted to be used with the DSM lists as they drain
server resources and interfere with our list owners businesses. Anyone using any submitter
with the DSM lists will be deleted from the lists immediately. If you are a paid member of
any DSM list, you will be deleted without refund.
- These terms and conditions are
subject to change without notice and are at the sole discretion of DSM and JPE
Advertising.
